State Bound – Track

State Bound!! This track season has come to end for some and what a great season it has been. Lots of hard work and has  been put in since early March, and multiple personal records were beat each meet. PCHS Tennis State Tournament Preview

After qualifying last week in the Regional Tournament, the Crusader Tennis team will be traveling to Charleston this week to compete in the West Virginia State Tournament. Crusaders open Regionals Wednesday

On Wednesday, both the Girls’ and Boys’ Tennis Teams will begin the Regional Tournament in Bridgeport and Clarksburg.  In the event of inclement weather, the matches will moved to indoor courts in Morgantown. The PCHS tennis team has had a very successful season thus far, maintaining a perfect 11-0 team record on both the boys’ and girls’ sides.  They return to action tonight at Liberty (Harrison) in their final regional match of the year. PCHS Baseball Secures Huge Victory

After dropping five straight games, PCHS needed a spark to kickstart a strong finish to end the season, and they found that against Williamstown on Friday night. The Crusaders pulled off a 2-1 victory over the highly ranked Yellowjackets, in what was an impressive pitchers’ duel between PCHS starter Patrick Copen and Williamstown’s Trip Barkley.
